Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou could be a target for one club in the English Premier League, according to transfer expert Dean Jones.
The Lowdown: Ange a hero at Parkhead
The Australian has become a hero at Parkhead, winning the Premiership title last season and getting the Hoops back into the Champions League group stage.
Postecoglou has been one of Celtic’s best managerial appointments in years and the hope is that he continues to work his magic in Glasgow for the foreseeable future.
His brilliance with the Hoops could understandably lead to interest from elsewhere, though, and a move to England could potentially be on the cards.
The Latest: Leeds could be lurking
That’s according to Jones, who told GiveMeSport that Postecoglou may be a viable candidate to come in for Jesse Marsch if the under-pressure American is sacked by Leeds.
The journalist said:
“If they do have to change manager, it’ll be the names that get linked with all the other jobs at the moment, and Postecoglou, and people like that, will probably be in the frame too.”

The Verdict: Got to keep hold of him
Losing Postecoglou would be an enormous blow for Celtic, considering what an impact he has had on the team and how popular he is among the supporters.
The 57-year-old has also won the admiration of pundits such as BT Sport’s Owen Hargreaves, who spoke glowingly in September about the “beautiful attacking football” that the manager has instilled at Parkhead.
His potential departure could undo all the hard work that he has implemented over the past 18 months or so, as the Hoops have wrestled their league crown back from Rangers and enjoyed some big European nights against the likes of Real Madrid.
The hope is that Postecoglou remains loyal to Celtic, at least until the end of the season, but the lure of the Premier League could be difficult to turn down if an opportunity comes his way.
